Créé en 2010, ce projet noiseux s’articule autour de l’individu qui sévit à ses heures sous le pseudo de Mr Wiki dans le groupe de punk The Unemployed.
En mélangeant électronique en surcharge, violation d’instruments et larsens électriques, le clan Arkadin cherche à explorer tout ce qui s’apparente de près ou de loin à du bruit.
Après quelques sessions, le plus présentable se retrouve sous la forme d’un double album : IS EON, où se côtoient nappes déstructurées, orchestrations indus-ambiantes et drones tremblants.
